How to Withdraw

*This guide uses USDT (TRC20) as an example. TRC20 refers to the TRON network. For other cryptocurrencies or networks, please select accordingly.

Go to "My" in the app, and click on "Asset Management".

Click on "Withdraw"

Select the coin to withdraw.

(1) A network miner fee is required for on-chain withdrawals. Therefore, a withdrawal fee will be charged. The current withdrawal fee is displayed on the withdrawal page.

(2) To ensure the security of funds, all withdrawal requests are subject to manual review. The processing schedules are as follows: 09:00, 16:00, and 21:00 (GMT+8).

(3) Withdrawal functionality is disabled for 24 hours following any change to the login password.

(4) Please ensure that the withdrawal network is consistent with the target platform. If a recipient address on the Ethereum network is selected while the withdrawal network is set to TRC20, your digital assets may be irretrievable.

(5) Prior to initiating a withdrawal, verify that the recipient address and withdrawal amount are correct.

Upon successful completion of a withdrawal, the 10 most recent withdrawal records are displayed on the right side of the withdrawal page. Click the "View All" button in the action column to access detailed information.
